- Our email service provider (for inquiry-related correspondence)
- Calendly/Cal.com (when you book a call) — for scheduling and notification purposes only
Google and Cal.com are GDPR- and DPDP-compliant data processors. Their privacy practices are governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your personal data only with:
- Service providers strictly necessary to operate our business (e.g., email service, scheduling tools, cloud storage). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purpose for which it was shared.
- Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, marketing agencies, or any third party.
6. How Long We Retain Your Data
- Active leads and clients: Retained for the duration of our engagement, plus 7 years after the last interaction (for tax and regulatory compliance under Indian law)
- Inquiries that don't convert: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of last interaction, after which they are deleted
- Marketing waitlist subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe or for 24 months of inactivity
You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

Our services are intended for businesses, HR leaders, and L&D professionals — not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you contact us from outside India, your data may be transferred to and stored in India where our primary operations are based. We ensure that any such transfer is conducted with appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
